I use PhotoSync available from the App store which seems to work really well and with the Mac App you can wirelessly sync your photos direct into iPhoto completing the missing link for wireless sync'ing for me.

Hi! I have photos (jpeg files) that were emailed to me and I saved them in a newly created folder under my Pictures Folder. When I sinc via itunes, and try to select the folder, it does not come up as a folder I can select. Can you help me with this??
