I have two Locked factory unlocked iPhone!!???

I bought two iPhone 4 8Gb in New York they are factory unlocked, at least they used to, be the box, the seriaal numbers everything is what is suppose to be with the caracteristics of a factory unlocked iphone, with the only problem that the iPhone now is locked for AT&T. Did anyone have this problem does anyone now of a solution for this. Im 100% sure the iphone are factory unlocked but they only work with at&T simcards for some reason. Its like they suddenly locked themselfs.

For the 500,000th time on this forum - NO!

Cell service providers - the carriers to which a phone is locked to - are the ONLY ones who can initiate an unlock process.

No. They do not. How many times do we have to say this. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it.
