Error , problems updating to iOS 5.1

My iPhone 4S is running 5.0.1 right now . Since yesterday , I've been trying to

Upgrade my phone to iOS 5.1 . However , everytime I try updating , it fails and an

Error message pops out saying the update has failed .

Does anyone have a solution for this problem ?
