Have the same problem - tried a lot but did not found any solution. Have you been more lucky in the meantime - did you fix it in some way?

I have the same :|
From XCode all working fine, but in Dashcode I see "no iOS SDK installed".
On Mac mini, I have Lion 10.7.1 & XCode 3.2.6 with Dashcode instaled from disk image.
All working fine.
On my MBPro XCode 4.3.2 from AppStore.
Dashcode is downloaded from XCode menu "More Developers Tools"
Simulatror is running when I build code in XCode. Dashcode have "no iOS SDK installed" :|
😟
Same problem here. XCode 4.3.2 from App Store, Dashcode from "More Developer Tools".
Same here. It seems that Apple have broken it. Xcode 4.3.2 uses different paths (inside the Xcode package) to earlier versions and Dashcode doesn't seem to find the simulator. Hey Apple, fix it!
Does anyone know how to open a ticket?
Or does Apple follow these threads in any way?
@torschulz - I agree with you about the cause of the problem. Before the update we had a Developer folder which does not exist anymore. Probably Dashcode still looks at there for the SDK.
If you post in the paid developer forums, you might get an answer from an Apple technician.
You won't in this public free developer forum.
@ecil I tried to submit a bug report yesterday at
https://bugreport.apple.com/, but when prompted for my ADC account, I got an error message. Funnily it seems to be working today. I have submitted one (Bug ID# 11208188). Perhaps more people should do that.
I download XCode 4.1 for Lion and 4.3.2 for Lion from https://developer.apple.com/downloads
After install I had two folders /Platforms with iPhoneSimulator5.0.sdk and /Developer/Platforms with iPhoneOS.platform and iPhoneSimulator.platform.
XCode 4.1 or Dashcode is starting iOS Simulator Version 4.3 (238.2)
XCode 4.3.2 start iOS Simulator Version 5.1 (272.21)
The package XCode 4.1 has Dashcode version 3.0.2 (336).
Dashcode of "More Developer Tools" with XCode 4.3.2 has version 3.0.4 (341)
The first runs the old IOS Simulator.
The second says that there is no SDK.
On the same machine. Seems that something is wrong with Dashcode from "More Developer Tools".
I tried to report this error on bugreport.apple.com but...
"An error has occurred. Please report the error to Apple Inc. by emailing the error detail to devbugs@apple.com."
Well, I sent an email. And waiting for fix.
Hi,
I submit this error on bugreport.apple.com

I'm waiting for fix
Submitted a bug myself: 11420770.
Was unable to find the other two mentioned by searching, so was unable to explicitly mark it as a duplicate.
Have the same problem
Has anyone got this working with Xcode 4.3? I have two machines with the same problem. Both running Lion with Xcode 4.3.3.
I attended the WWDC2012 and I forgot to explain this problem to Apple Engineers!!! :-) I have the same problem with xcode 4.3.3 and Lion
Same problem with Mountain Lion, Xcode 4.4 and dashcode 3.0.5 (Late july) tell: no sdk active.
need a fix from about 8 months...
from Dashcode I don't view IOS SDK installed
