My new iPad (3) has frozen twice already

I got the new iPad (aka iPad 3) at 1pm today. It's 10pm and it's already frozen twice -- both times while it was locked. The screen was still kind of "on" (I could tell some blue or black was activated and not quite off all the way). I had to reset both times.

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

iPad (3rd generation) Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1

Go to your local Apple Retail Store and get it looked at by a Genius.

Hello man, i face now the exact problem you had a year ago.. A new ipad 2 used for only 10 days and then it always FREEZE.. I think that it's an issue related to heating problem..... So can you please tell me what you have done and how did u fix this problem???
