missing screenshot

please help to solve such problem .

I wana release iphone and ipad app Restaurantfinder .but missing screenshot error appear.what i do .😠 i wana beat the apple.S*u*c*k*s

Add in a screenshot for the iPad as well as the iPhone. Its now possible to edit the screenshots along with meta data in iTunes connect.

Got this today, if you wrote for iPhone and lately changed to universal app - you really need iPad screens even if they are same as ones from iPhone. After uploading one iPad screenshot - status was changed to "waiting for review". This they can write somewhere for developers just to not stress their nerves.

Naaaaaaa, more simple, but like always Apple provide criptic and useless info, so take a look inside the "Metadata and uploads" section.

Missing 5th generation devices screenshots.

Dear Apple: why don't you simply write in the popup over the status message:

"There are some missing screenshots, please check 5th generation also"

instead of complicated and useless advice 😠 & 😕 !!! Grrr!

I am have the same message "Missing Localization Screenshots" for English. Does this mean that I need a iphone 5 screen shot in the iphone area?

Seems strange. Any ideas.

I had "Missing Localization Screenshots for English" and the screenshot was uploaded BUT only in Spanish and you need to upload screenshot in ALL languages. Now App is waiting for review

I just ran into this. It turned out that you need THREE separate screenshots now. 1 for the iPhone, 1 for the iPad and now a third for the iPhone5, which has a different aspect ratio than the iPhone. If you don't have all three, your state will be "Missing Screenshot". I uploaded 1 for the iPhone5 and I was advanced to "Waiting for Review"

Hi, you must add an iPhone 5 screen shot (1136X960) to the itunes connect.

in one line under the currect screen shots you added to the application.

after uploading (even 1) the app status will change to "Waiting to review".

Mine was already on Devices: iPhone however I only supplied screenshots of the new 1136 by 960 resolution.

Once I added in a screenshot for the 3.5 inch it changed it's status over to "Waiting for Review".

Quite inconsistent as I was previously able to upload iPhone 5 screenshots for another app whilst not including andy 3.5 inch screenshots.

I stand corrected, both were required. /palmface
