What's wrong with YouTube on Safari!!!

Hi guys,

This is just recently!! YouTube on Safari is literally BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

When I choose to play something, it either:

- Play the first 4 seconds and repeat with a black screen

- Play 10-15 seconds as a whole clip instead of the proper lenght of the clip

- It keeps freezing my browser if a video managed to load, it gets stuck A LOT, it plays only part of it and not all of it and it just doesn't work!!

What is going on! I tried all of this uninstall Flash and reinstall and/or whatever!!!

It works smoothly on Firefox, something is wrong with SAFARI!!!

What can I do? anybody with the same issue and found out a solution!!

I can!!

Sul.

I'm having a terrible time with Youtube. To make things more complicated, it 'sometimes' works. I would say that I can watch a video successfully on 10% of my tries. Even worse, sometimes a commericial will play correctly, before I get my error message (which appears over Youtube "static"). Sometimes, embedded videos on Facebook (in my News Feed) will play... but only one or two, and then I get the error messages again. Embedded videos never work on other sites I visit. It's more typical I get them to work on Youtube's website.

Trying to fix this, I just updated to 10.8.4. So it should be a fresh install of Safari too.

I delete my cookies and empty my cache regularly, and always before shutting down. Even on a fresh boot up, Youtube videos return the error message.

I'm not enrolled in the HTML5 trial.

32 bits is not enabled.

Flash is up to date (version 11.7.700.225)

I deleted Flip4Mac recently (but I've been having this problem for many months).

I tried out Google Chrome (last week, before I updated my OS) and got error messages there too.

I will install Flip4Mac again, and hope that it needed an update.

I'm unsure about installing that Vertical Forrest plug-in, since only two people mentioned it, but I'm willing to try.

I was on the phone with Tech Support and they couldn't help me... they told me to look in my Internet Plug-Ins folder, and to remove each plug in one-by-one and see if that fixed anything. But when I read them the list of plug-ins, they said they were all standard.

Since I work with multimedia, this is extremely problematic.
