iTunes Producer Import Errors

Help!

I have been trying to upload my iBooks Author ibook for 2 weeks now and no luck. I received the checkmark and the activity log said I had completed everything, but no appearance in iTunes connect. I have communicated with iBookstore Support, but was told to re-upload and when that didn't work was told to be patient (5 days now).

Finally I found some others in these forums with the same problem and have found the errors in the Package History, so I have tried re-uploading, re-uploading without video, and re-uploading with misc. religious relics in my hands.

My latest Import Error is on the Validation Page and reads:

"Internal error: java.net.MalformedURLException: unknown protocol: bundle schema/20/rng/opf.rng" at Book (MZItmspBookPackage)"

but now the Package History says I am "uploading," which I think means there is just a bad connection, but really I have no idea and even less hope. Also, the Book Assets (book and sample) have a new "repair" button that had never appeared previously. Tried re-applying the assets and uploading but am getting same error message.

So it appears I am losing ground.

Any advice would be appreciated and also, can someone confirm that I should see my submission in itunes Connect within the hour.

Thanks!

I'm on a MacBook Air and I've uploaded a dozen books to Apple in previous months with no problem. For the past week I have been unable to get the newest one to show up on my itunesconnect dashboard. I've tried going in and unchecking the box on the Advanced preferences, but that hasn't worked either, unfortunately.

I'm trying to figure out what my next step should be, as I have a very important book release I'll need to upload in a week. Should I go to the apple store? Or should I upload the newest version of java? Or should I type in the lines of code in Terminal? <---- What is Terminal?

Thanks so much for the help and suggestions.

I'm not sure if this applies to Producer, but the iTMSTransporter terminal app is now working properly with Signiant. Below are fragments of the log that show relevant sections of a file that I just uploaded successfully. Prior to this I had been using "-t DAV" to avoid the problem.
