Haven't seen anyone post the results of your test yet, so here goes:

I took out the personal info, and some stuff that went on and on, like font lists. Hope this helps in your diagnostic.

And for everyone else, switching to YouTube's HTML5 player is a great band-aid fix. But it won't help the greater issue of Flash freezing on other sites. Any time you see a banner ad, proprietary flash video player, etc, your computer will freeze.

I have had this problem ever since I upgraded to LION, I have tried everything and still have the same problem. Today I downloaded a software update which changed safari's display and I thought maybe they'd fix the issue. No such luck 😟

Like I said, I've tried everything, uninstalling flash player, installing it again, downloading all kinds of plug-ins and extensions, and nothing has worked. Other people in my office also have the same issue with their mac and have been unaible to fix it.

I'm just tired of this problem, I used to listen to music all day long on my mac at work and now I can´t. PLEASE HELP US APPLE!!!!.

By the way, the software update did change the problem, now it takes longer to freeze, maybe a little bit more than a minute, before it was always under a minute and the video would freeze.
