how do i download mp3 to my ipad if I don't have another computer or iPhone to synch it with to transfer? It is my only "computer device." I can't open zip files that others have sent me on my iPad and I can't listen to streaming audio off of others websites. I also cant download mp3 off of others' websites. I am taking an online course and the lessons are posted as mp3 and I can't get to them. Please help!

Android's security is much like Windows and Windows mobile. Ineffectual.

Android has nearly the same amount of viruses and trojan style programs as windows and windows mobile.

So, your Android device is not neutered, but is vulnerable to every BAD thing on the internet!

Not the case with iOS devices.

I have had a cheap Android phone for 3 years, I only use it for phone calls! I never any apps on it other than Google voice control.

Apple doesn't have to provide every app and functionality YOU think it should.

There are many third party apps that will do what the OP needs to be able to do with mp3 files.

First of all, as suggested above, you will need Dropbox and an account. Get that done first.

Whence Dropbox is installed and setup, navigate to the mp3 file, tap and hold the link and a pop up will display list of options, including save to Dropbox.

Another method is to install iCab mobile: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/icab-mobile-web-browser/id308111628?mt=8

iCab mobile will let you download mp3 files directly onto your iPad and store them there. Additionally, you can play back mp3 files within iCab.

Further, iCab offers Dropbox integration, which brings us back to the top.

This did not work for me. I downloaded Drop Box onto iPhone. From iPhone, visited my website where I have uploaded MP3 files and installed a "DOWNLOAD" plug in so that users of my site (members of my choir) can download and listen to recorded training track (MP3s) on their iphones. When I click "Download" button, i get a fleeting pop-up message saying my file will download soon. Then no apparernt action. When I look in the Drop Box, no Mp3 files have been downloaded. When I go back to the music player / download, I select & copy the url address and save THAT to drop box. When I ope drop box and serach for the MP3 file, all that I can access is the url address which links back to my website.

BTW - Droid users have no problem. They just click the download button and the file plays on Google Play and shows up in their Downloads folder (on home page) for access any time.

how do i download mp3 to my ipad? I don't have another computer to synch to. It is my only computer device.
