iPhone 4s: why does app store keep popping up "security info required"

i forgeting my Answer questions..how can get new answer questions?

1. Go to appleid.apple.com
2. Click "Manage your Apple ID"
3. Verify your identity by signing in again.
4. Go to the "Password and Security" tab on the left
5. Click "Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to your_email@domain.com"
6. Go to your email.
7. Open the email that Apple sent you.
8. Reset your security questions.
9. Write the questions and answers down and keep in a safe place.
10. ???
11. Profit.

You can also remove your card details from itunes or apple id, if your going to download only free app or you wont buy anything.
