Security questions?!

Suddenly, and during installtion of an appliction from the store, I was asked about the 3 security questions of my account besides my rescue e-mail.
certainly, I don't remember the 3 questions with their answers and so I logged from my computer to my apple account and I didn't find them!
So, could you solve it for me?

Here's a quandry...somehow my security questions changed, or the answers were changed, or something to that affect. I couldn't tell by the warning email apple sent.

So..I went and changed my password no problem.

But then in order to change the security questions -- you have to answer the compromised security questions!!! I don't know the answers that someone changed! I don't even even recall answering one of the questions!

I am now attempting to figure out where to go to solve this. I have clicked on dozens of apple support pages ( that are circular in nature!) and haven't found a phone number or even the ability to fill out an online support question.

To me, apple obviously doesn't want to hear from their customers directly. Anyone know of the phone number or link to online support?

The voice response system will ask for a serial number of the product which you obviously can not provide. However, if you're persistant and repeatedly ask for an operator and repeatedly press "0," you will eventually get a human. I just when through that for a different Apple ID problem.

It's a bit frustrating because the human is communicating via text messages with the person that's actually shooting the problem but, if you're patient, I expect that your issue will be resolved.

Or you can go to https://expresslane.apple.com follow through with iTunes>iTunes Store>Account Management and have an iTunes Advisor contact you.

I think the questions are assine since no one will remember them. For example, Where were you on January 1, 2000? That's 12 years ago. How will someone remember that?

I hope Apple will allow you to choose your own questions as I've forgotten mine and phone support doesn't really help since they direct you to the link I provided above.

Hope this helps.

oh come on... dude, do u know how many 'books' i have with notes? this is live, not a perfect world. i'm busy freelancer, i already have billion passwords all around because i don't like to repeat one lame password over and over again to everything... but questions like 'where i was on january 1st....' wow apple. WHO CAME UP WITH THAT CRAP! i do apologize for my words but... wasn't this upset for some time.. and the way it happens... i woke up today, did even forget what it was i wanted to download to my ipad and i get slammed out of the blue with this?? wow, what a preparedness PR for this. yes i thought the same, that this is some bs. and then the need to pick 3 stupid answers to 3 stupid questions out of 5 stupid questions that will NOT increase security, only confusion - THIS one thing was the first bad 'design' from apple... v e r y p o o r l y thought through. i know they want to protect us.. .but... the way it was done and how *****
