Just go to to Apple>Support> then tap on iPhone >and then on battery and charging problems>then tap on chat.

And doesnt really matter if your problem is not releted to it.It's just the way to chat live.They will ask you what your problem is any way.

Some areas of tech support seem to provide tech support using online chat. What you should do is start here

That's true, but if you're wishing for a actual chat with an apple expert just go to google search up how to chat with apple and click the second link... It's the way I found it

I did what you said and there is no way to actual get a window where i can instant message a apple tech what do i do please help my phone is stuck with an itunes logo and a picture of acharger. it wont let me do anything...
