What do I do if I forget my security questions

Hi khanMA, if I remember correctly, when I got to P/W & Security, I think in the space below the questions I entered new answers & then a 'Save' comes up. Click on that then sign out. I hope this helps, if not email Apple Support, I found them very good. Regards.

Click on that then sign out The questions may be the same as you had before or slightly different. I hope this works for you, if not email Apple Support -- I found them very helpful. Really they change the questions or give you a multiple choice - you just give answers. Good Luck. Regards.

You may have the answer already but here is what the Apple rep told me to do:

1 Go to www.apple.com/itunes/support

2. Go to "Customer Support"

3. Go to the blue "Express Lane"button

4. Send an email to iTunes about the problem.

Turnaround is supposed to be within 24 hrs. Just tried it today so we will see what they recommend!

Go to http://appleid.apple.com and click on Manage Your Account. Sign in. Choose Password and Security. Change your security questions/answers.

i've been having the same problem and nothing seims to work =[

I've got it fixed now, I went to an apple shop and told them and they said go on express lane but as I did not know what to do I asked them to help me through the stages and they did it and in 24 hours everything was fine.

the same thing keeps happening to me. >:( so frustrating i changed my password twice and went to all the different links i could find and that keeps happening.

i can't change the security questions !

I just buy't,150 Danish monet for my apple id. And it ask for serurity questions and i have forgot them.

I ned to wait eight hours now.

I got my new ipad and i went to buy a new game and it came up with the security question, i created it years ago now i cant remember it and i just reemed a voucher:/
