    iCloud email not working for me, London UK, since late morning Wednesday. Spent about 1.5 hours on phone to Apple. Only when call escalated to senior support that they said other people had had problems and they too on their iCloud account.

     

    Attrocious idea of service, relying on customers to report outages.

     

    Looking for more reliable email service. Any ideas? I too rely on iCloud email, and this is not the first outage. MobileMe anyone!!

    Broken for me here in Tokyo too.

     

    No email at all received since yesterday afternoon (not even spam) and test messages sent to my account are not delivered.

     

    At one point there was a pop-up to tell me I was out of space on my iCloud account and to buy some more, but I'm not nearly filling my 25GB!

    I got the pop-up asking to purchase more space as well. In Sys Prefs under iCloud it says I have 23GB of space left.

    Ouch.  No splash screen with explanation for outage?  Painful.

     

    Can't get into my system preferences either.  Just going to shut if down until tomorrow and hopefully not come back to 1 million emails in my inbox.

    Still down in Malaysia. I went to system pref, iCloud and did a forward message to another email address. It works, I am receiving copies of my me.com messages to my other address. I disabled iCloud in mail in the meantime.

    Hope it will work for you guys.

    Our entire office has had problems with icloud mail for over a week now !

    no help from apple.

     

    Luckily I also mange our own pop mail accounts.

     

    this sort of rubbish makes me want to convert back to dredded MS

    or gmail andriod/MS platform.

    I'm in California.  Not too far from Cupertino and my mail has been down for 2 days.  This is ridiculous.  This is the first time I have ever been ****** off at Apple.  They have been great til now.  Not even a word from them about this?  Really?  I miss Steve....

    Sorry, my mistake. Go to mail pref, choose icloud,in account info, choose email aliases. You will open a icloud webpage window. Click general . Click forward email to and enter an alternate email address.

    I'm down too. Traveling in California, Oregon is home. My last incoming email was April Monday 16 @ 10:10 PM. And no new messages yet.

     

    Mobile Me User who migrated to iCloud beta quite a while back.

     

    I got an alert this morning from Mail.app that said I was running low on iCloud space. I find that hard to beleve...

    Well I just got off the phone with the Express Lane service. They were late in calling me, so much for the express. Anyhow, the guy on the phone was very nice and very apologetic, but he didn't and couldn't do anything. I'm starting to think the whole thing is imploding. He said they told him 2% down, not one. I think that's a bone to throw at us and think it's more like 20-50% down. Very, very frustrating. This is the sort of thing that sends customers running for the exits.

    Well in the last 5 minutes I got 3 new emails, from last night and this morning, each spaced about 8-9 hours apart. I hope everything in between isn't lost in the cloud.

    I've been out of service for 2 days!  I've called and they keep telling me this is only affecting 1% of their users. WHY?  Why am I different than any other users on Icloud?

     

    Comon Apple, you are better than Yahoo, Google, Microsoft . . . or are you?
