iCloud Mail Down (12:30PM eastern, Apr 17, 2012)?

Yep. Me too.The whole day has been very patchy. Sometimes I get a 5 minute window where I can send and recieve. Then long periods of spinning pinwheel. But hey, Status says everything is fine. Yeah. Right.

Down for me in TN since 10:30 this morning except for a few windows of short duration. However my wife's is working fine. We must be going through different servers maybe?

Down here in Chicagoland most of the day. Like others, my wife's is working fine. I am on server p03-imap.mail.me.com.

Still out in Colorado...so Apple thinks that iCloud is ok? Doesn't look like it! Outages around the globe it appears...

It is still down for me. Apple claims it works, but obviously they are wrong. I've been out for 9 hours or more. Apple wake up and fix this!!!!

In australia and yes not working here either. Sending takes forever, but i cannot receive.

On my iphone and ipad just get checking mail, it does not progress at all, and on the mac same story. Connection doctor then telling me i need to check username and password.

Not good enough

Out here in Raleigh, NC at 7:45pm EST. Mail not working on MacBook, iPhone or iCloud web service. Have not seen anything from Apple addressing or acknowledging the problem.

I'm here in Utah and I acn't access mail or send mail from any device. I can access other things thru icloud like address book and calander. Not having mail is horrible...

Same here in Northen CA. Apple needs to get their act together, this is the second time I don't have email for hours in the last 3 weeks. Email shortages really affect the bottom line for a lot of people. I'm seriously considering using a different service.

Same here. iCloud mail failing all day, using Mail client or web client: no iCloud mail.

What's happening to Apple?

Same here in Dallas, TX...my email has been down since early morning today.

Me too. Been down since about 10 AM PST. Ironically enough it was when an Apple Care rep was trying to email me a PDF I had to sign before they would proceed with sending me a brand new replacement 4S......this will be the 5th different 4S i've had in a 4 months but that's an issue for another thread.
