    And of course they know darn well that all services are not online and that people are having trouble with Mail. 


    I've been thinking about going totally over to Gmail for a while now and this will give me the final shove in that direction if it's not fixed soon.   (especially if Apple pulls their famous stonewalling routine and pretends as if nothing is wrong and won't give anyone a straight answer about what happened) .


    David, I finally gave up on the whole thing and moved everything to Gmail; the only thing I'm missing is the headaches of iCloud/MobileMe.


    My last correspondance with Apple's customer service basically stated that they have no idea of when the issues with my iCloud mail account will be fixed (that I mentioned earlier), and to use the "" site in the meantime. I also have my account stuck in constant "troubleshooting mode" which means the password was changed to a temporary one, and their engineers are able to peek inside. Last week I deleted all my data via and set a vacation reminder to send e-mail to my new (Gmail) address.

    Same here in Tennessee. I notice that the Web is fine its just if your using MAIL also it seems to not be able to see the IMAP server error I get is in tha regard.


    It happens but lets see how long this last. This is growing pains after all people lets give the network people a few hours to sort it out. There was a great article online about the future of cloud computing and how hard it was in the days of mainframes and things going wrong.

    I'm in LA and can't believe that only 1% of users are affected by the mail icloud outage.  I've been a mobile me user for years and now that I've been forced to move everything to the cloud, my email in inaccessible?  This is crazy.

    Apples image is pretty expensive to them, so you should better work on your CI before 1 Million people link your Keynote with bad experience...i wonder how the Marketing Campaign is going so far ?! I think investing a couple of Billions more in Marketing is a way better idea then a couple of million bugs in customer satisfaction for the long term...

    Working in The Netherlands and haven't been able to access my mail for over 24 hours now. Very frustrating. Can someone at Apple please confirm that they're working on the problem?

    I too have not been able to receive any email and do not use or have another email acccount.  It's now beyond frustrating, my business has been affected negatively.  I'm hoastage to Apple's down server here in Los Angeles!!!!
