cannot connect to itunes store

same thing here... this is really annoying.

I sent an email to Gizmado for what ever good it will do.

Me, too. I've been working with someone over email for 3 days now to no avail. Very frustrating.

good.. maybe they can shine a light on this whole "revamping" of itunes security.. which is turning into a nightmare

Send them a message about the itunes outage.

Sadly not informing their customers of issues is consistent with Apple's shoddy customer relations. Instead they'd rather leave everyone thinking the problem is on our end. Pathetic, Apple. Really really pathetic.

I cannot connect to iTunes or Apps store on any of my iDevices! Someone's losing a lot of money! iPad, iPhone and MacAir... none of these connect... I get the same thing: looks like something is going to download, I wait all eternity and then nothing but: "Cannot connect to iTunes Store." Lame!

Same here for at least 3 hours--can't connect ti iTunes store on Apple TV or iPad.

I just sent out a tweet to @AppStore... hopefully someone will read the bloody thing! Hellloooo is there anyone out there.... must be clocked off for the evening??? ***??

This is pathetic. I'm done with Apple. Going full Amazon for my digital content from now on. At Amazon if you have any issue, they put someone on the phone with you immediately, and if they cant resolve it immediately, they give you store credit to apologize. Apple's customer care is pathetic.

For sure it's a system wide outage, a lot of people are affected by this in North America at least, great job Apple in advising your customers of an outage, awesome work really - so pathetic.........just explains how much you care about the customer other than cash grab.....

I cannot connect to the iTunes Store through any avenue. This is particularly irritating since this means that I cannot watch the items I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED via my apple TV. What a joke -- no warning, no resolution, nothing
