How can I contact some one in charge at Apple Support Communities?

Hi. I recieved an email from At&t regarding my unlock of iphone 4 on how to unlock my iphone 4 but unfortunately tried several times but even restoring and updating IOS 5.1 didnot help. I called them last week and they told me that my iphone has been unlocked from AT&T side and now i have to contact Apple.

I will appreciate if you can help
