Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I recently got a new iMac, and in order to make my first app purchase on the computer, I need to answer some of the security questions set for my Apple ID. The problem: I made the Apple ID (and the security questions) about seven years ago or so. Therefore, I don't quite remember the answers. I have money on the account, and the account is on all of my other devices, so I don't want to delete the account.

i was really ****** off, i just bought a card n added money to my Acc n it says needs security questions, how the **** im i suppose to remember when i made that in 10th grade n i graduated out of high scool this year.
I have the same problem and can't even contact apple support because I am from Iraq and my phone number is invalid according to the form! HELP!!! How can I even contact apple support in this case?!
i am having same problems right now. is there any way to know or reset the forgotten secret questions via mail? g*dd*mnit this is ******* me off. the email service is nowhere to be found. i can't seem to reset this sh*t via email. this is so not user friendly. i called at support and there were nothing else they could do either, i mean, come on! i just loaded 5,000Yen :|
same here. i don't understand why they had to remove the email reset service. i made my account 5-6 yrs ago. for g*d's sake, apple! please let your services be more accessible!!
Omg! Why can't i just buy stuff on my apple ID without the stupied friggen security passwords? It's not like i'm going to buy something bad or something like god and i forgot all of my security passwords and i just put 15 bucks on it and my mom said she wont buy me anymore if i don't get it working so, thanks alot stupied apple ID security passwords you suck monkey Balls!! Big ones too!😢😟
