I am hoping someone can help.
I have several individual documents which I wish to collate into one. N
Each individual page is a collage of images and text. Is there a way of flattening the layers so that I can copy and paste each page into a new document or is there another way? I used the Word Processing layout. At the moment I cant seem to copy and paste the entire page, just the object clicked on.

That is really going around it the hard way.
Have you tried compressing the file?
Make a copy of the file and then:
Menu > File > Reduce File Size then right click on the file in Finder and Compress to a .zip file.
This will sharply reduce the resolution of the images but for my purposes that is not important.

Yes it does reduce the quality of the images but on this occassion its a compromise I can handle.
However the problem remains that when i convert it to a word document, all the text goes.
having calmed down now I see this as a steep learning curve and I want to start again and do it all properly.
I will start a new thread re the best way to do a newsletter.
