Email on iCloud not working, AGAIN

Still down here in Northern Virginia. Long time MobileMe use and finally waking up and switching to Google after this. Apple is even too greedy now to throw money at their server troubles. Can't beat Google's new G Drive and look out for Microsoft's rockin new "productivity" tablets.

Same here in Southern California. Service is mostly down, occasionally barely up (dog slow). No word from Apple.

Not working for me in Scottsdale AZ. Very frustrated!

Not working in New York City -- though somehow glad I'm not alone. Still a big pain!

Yes, I have had a mobile me account user since at least 2005 and perhaps longer.

It would be interesting to find out if there is something we all had in common causeing us to lose service. Good question.

Havnt had access to icloud for past 24 hours - New Zealand, is the server down?

This morning I spoke to iCloud Mail Support) who were nice enough to call me back. The Support person made me do all kinds of maneuvers on my iMac to fix the email problem. We were on the phone for about an hour (I must say he was very patient). Nothing worked.

After an hour he told me to hold on while he talked to his supervisor. When he returned to the phone he reported that his supervisor told him that the problem was not with me or my system, but with iCloud!

What a waste!

Same here (UK). No email on Iphone, ipad, mac or web based. Have had .mac/.me account since inception and never had a problem before.

Also, in trying to sort it out, i discovered that i seem to have been charged for another year of .me subscription!? I was sure they had refunded the balance of my old .mac subscription last year when they announced its demise? As a lifetime mac user (20+ years), i am becoming increasingly disenchanted with recent developments – they are becoming more microsoft-like than microsoft – much to the amusement of my PC-loyal friends.

I hope they sort this out soon or I am going to seriously start looking at Samsung :-)

Okay, now SOME of my iCloud email is creeping in through Mac Mail on my laptop (a Mac Air) and my iPhone but not on my deskptop (an iMac)... hmmm.

Oh wait! Some just showed up on my iMac too... Dare we hope???

Yep. looking good. I now have all my old emails coming through on my mac, phone and pad. Haven't received any recent emails yet but fingers crossed.

I am out of commission for the last 3 hours. Good Job Apple!

Yup, after the tease it seems down again. I'm still gonna be optimistic that it's getting there...

Man this *****, Here in Georgia it's still down, I really thought my new me.com mail account would be so much easier to work with, and better for my business. I can't check my e-mails, really slowed me down with work these couple of days.... This really *****, hope they fix it soon C'MON APPLE! You are supposed to be the ****!!
