AT 6:55 Eastern, iCloud email is not working again in the New York, Long Island area. Why has iCloud email been so unreliable? This failure has been happening on a regular basses. Please, if anyone with a vast Apple knowledge has any advice I'm open to suggestions.

howcome whenever it affects less than 1% of people, i'm affected 100% of the time?
email down all day, on my mac, on icloud.com, on my phone, etc. Meanwhile me free gmail.com account is working, like it always does.
Well, looks like I'm back in business, but we'll see for how long.
Just change the password and restart devices !
It worked with me on iPad, iMac , air book , iPhone 4 and PC.

I think I was affected for about a day and a half.
major FAIL in NYC this morning. I can't work without email--everything backed up to iCloud to avoid this very situation. Can't load on any devices or the web-based iCloud mail.
NYC here too, and beginning to have problems again with my iCloud mail: the "Spinning Wheel of Death" has made its appearance and I'm not able to send mail. I hope it won't hurt my business as much as it did last time

Not working in Denmark May 14. When is Apple going to fix this problem??
Texas here... Hadn't been recieving email for a while now but was not aware there was an issue. This morning I recieved two emails that I cannot open neither on my iPhone 4s or web based iCloud. They pretend they're loading for hours to no avail. Sorry for you guys that use the service for business. C'mon Apple.

Im in Dubai and my mail went down 2hrs ago ... error message on my Ipad & Iphone saying my user name or password is incorrect ... on icloud its says mail unable to load ....
This always happens before there is a big anouncement..... is there an Apple one soon?
I would REALLY like to know why Apple cannot get the iCloud email system under control. All too frequently one or more passwords will suddenly get rejected or the Activity window will show that I'm logging in as blah-blah and authenticating.
This is ridiculous!
