how do i change apple ID security questions

I have the same problem. However I found out a trick. Is it possible to reset the securit questions by yourselve if you have a rescue email. But if you don't have a rescue email, you need de security questions to create one. So I'am in a deadlock.

I had the same issue, without "resert security questions" visible. I was able to reset my password, and needed to make it the stronger password required by Apple (lower/upper case, numbers, symbols). Are you able to reset your password?

Very good!! But would be even better if the stupid email would send!!

Okay so, I am having the issue where I want to change my security questions, but the email that is SUPPOSED to send to my email adress to change it will not send..... I don't know if it is my email or what, but I am trying to buy a APP that I need ASAP for school....

Hi all i have been having this problem and have been in contact with an apple store rep. They were unable to reset my security questions until now. I had to do this because my account was suspended. Heres how go to expresslane.apple.com then click itunes> itunes store > Account management> then the password option

You will then have to call up toll free to apple.

U can do it by using ur mac or pc. Then use iTunes over there and u will be able to change it

Sorry I did not get much help either you need any two either a credit card number and a serial from a product or security question. But you can only have one of each ( soon multiple serials).

If you had these they should help. If it is a warranty issue I refused to give them a serial because it was about the store until the very end after I got to the iTunes security department. What exactly was your issue with them?

Ok I just got my answers changed so what you do is you call apple then you they ask to for your email. Then once you do that then they say you need to answers your security answers. So you need to just answer 1 of the 3 security answers right. Then if you get one right then they say to give the serial number on back on you iPad,iPod or which you have. Then they tell you to sign on to your apple I'd then they tell you to go to you password and security. Then you will be able to to change them and get an email rescue just in case you forget again. But if you don't answer one security answer right then you can't change them so think about you answers before you call remember you need one answer right to change you answer.so try to remember your answers. HOPE THIS HELPS.

What an awful system. I'm amazed that this is the process Apple has set up to handle this.

This is so frustrating because the questions are terrible since multiple answers could apply but only one is right:

What is the first car: Accord? Honda Accord? 96 Accord? Or did I write my moms car I learned to drive on?

Where were you Jan 1, 2000? LA? Los Angeles? Long Beach? SoCal? Southern California? Cali? Blacked Out?

What is your favorite job? Usher? Movie Theater Worker? Regal Theaters? That new job I got after I answered this? None?

And to make it worse, they ask two questions at a time so you dont know which one is answered wrong. Im dealing with support but it seems they arent allowed to reset the questions so it's just annoying.
