how do i change apple ID security questions

i just put 15 dollars on my account from a gift card and it wont let me buy anything because i have a new computer but i got in the summer and bought music since then why is it just doing this now😕???? i dont remember what i put in the security questions and now 15 dollars is wasted im soooooo ******😠➖😠😠😢😢

I have the same problem. It gives me other questions that I haven't even answered before! What makes it worse is that I have money still on my giftcard and I need to spend it by feburary! I can't buy anything until I reset my security questions!😢 Does anyone know how to change them????? PLEASE HELP!! ⚠⚠

well i was able to finally reset the security question by doing the following:

1. being currently out of the USA, i called the apple hotline via magic jack app for free.

2. requested to talk to apple security team to reset security questions since i forgot them.

3. person on the security team will ask for your possible security answers.

the thing is, you really have to give the apple security team the correct answer. difference is that you won't get locked out after so many tries, the security team will try and try and try until you get to unlock it.

so best before you call them that you have thought of multiple possible answers, listed them down and tell them to try all of them.

Okay, I had the exact same problem but got it fixed. I had to call apple. I talked to apple care, they sent me to security, took 15 minutes of my time.

I had to be logged into appleid, then give them the PIN, they sent a verifcation notice to my iPhone 5, and then reset the security questions for me.

While it was EXTREMELY frustrating dealing with it for a few days, I finally got it fixed with a relatively short phone call.

I went to my apple ID and managed my account but it won't let me change my security questions until I answer them. I don't know them! How do I fix this? There is no answers on this page that actually work!!! Help!

@Hawaiigirl17 - If you read my answer, I got it fixed, and yes it actually worked. Someone else said the same thing, you have to physically pick up the phone and actually call apple.

Does it suck? Yes.
Is is stupid? I think so.

Should there be a quick fix? Yes, but there isn't.

Is it super frustrating and a test of human patience? Absolutely.

But does it work? Yes, it actually works, and took 15 minutes of my time. The security lady was actually nice.

Call apple care. Ask to speak to security team because you cannot remember your security quesitons. Make sure to have the device in front of you, connected to Wifi or 3G/4G/LTE, be logged into your appleid account on a web browser, and have your device serial number ready.

It will work.

fakefromtx123 is right on!!! Except I went to expresslane.apple.com - clicked on itunes then itunes store then account management then forgotten apple id security questions. If suggests to read the article WHICH DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RESCUE EMAIL IN PLACE so I clicked on contact Apple Support Now - entered my phone number - received a call within 20 seconds and they already knew why I was calling! Nice man had me try to answer the security questions which obviously I didn't know - went on to secondary verification as described by fakefrom (log into apple id and gave him serial number off device I use) ... a few steps with the gentleman on the phone - took a total of 10 minutes!!! Gave me new security question options - also it gives the option to add a rescue email when choosing new security questions so took care of that at same time!!! Now where the security questions are I have the link underneath to send to that email in case I forget or have issues in the future!!! YAY!!
