How do I reset my security questions?

There's no reset security password

Hy there I had the same issue: when buying books or music from the itunes store i am requested to answer to 2 security questions. Unfortunately i do not remember any correct answers so my account always gets blocked for 8 hours a d cannot buy anything! The phone support of apple is useless since in order to resolve the problem i need at least one right correct answer to the questions. Apple told me that there is no solution to my prob. I received some itunes gifts at Christmas and cannot do anything out of it...very frustrating!

I agree with you Daniel, I got a Iphone 4s on contract for christmas and the same thing happens to me and it is very frustrating indeed. I want to buy songs! I may aswell buy them online. If Apple are being a pain.

I do not have the "send an email" it is because I do not have a rescue email address. What am i suppose to do now? 😟

Go to this website: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and press manage your account and sign in using the information you use for iTunes. Go to password and security and you should be able to change it from there! Hope this helps! 🙂

me to soo confused i m trying to purchase the full version of minecraft and i forgot my security questions answers so i followed what u said and i clicked the link and yes it was there but when i checked my email there was nothing there and i'm 199% sure i used the right email

none of this helps. How am i suppose to change the answers to the questions if it wont let me? i cant change my answers unless i know them, but i dont know them.

Check if you have a credit card on the account. If not, fill that information out and you won't be asked to answer the security questions. It worked for me

45 min on the phone 3 redirects then hanged on. After that my CASE is closed on the site.

YES APPLE the *****LINK**** to send the resque email DOES NOT EXIST where it should be.

This is absolute ********! I cannot change my security questions without answering them! I don't ******* know the answers or I wouldn't NEED to change them! ***!

Apple are not here, we are fellow users. What needs fixing ? The option to send reset info only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account.

If you don't then you will need to either try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security

or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
