How do I reset my security questions?

Hi,


I'm struggling to remember the answers to my security questions in order to redeem a voucher on itunes via my son's ipod touch. Is there a way I can reset my security questions for my Apple ID. I'm lost in a maze of passwords - help!

iPod touch, iOS 5.1.1

Hy there I had the same issue: when buying books or music from the itunes store i am requested to answer to 2 security questions. Unfortunately i do not remember any correct answers so my account always gets blocked for 8 hours a d cannot buy anything! The phone support of apple is useless since in order to resolve the problem i need at least one right correct answer to the questions. Apple told me that there is no solution to my prob. I received some itunes gifts at Christmas and cannot do anything out of it...very frustrating!

That is a very nice and *HELPFUL* thread on apple customer service. I feel exactly same way

45 min on the phone 3 redirects then hanged on. After that my CASE is closed on the site.

That is a one great way to solve the problems.


YES APPLE the *****LINK**** to send the resque email DOES NOT EXIST where it should be.

Start testing your customer support websites as you are loosing more money on frustrated customers

then you are making selling the iPhones.

Apple are not here, we are fellow users. What needs fixing ? The option to send reset info only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account.


If you don't then you will need to either try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security


or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
