Hi,
I'm struggling to remember the answers to my security questions in order to redeem a voucher on itunes via my son's ipod touch. Is there a way I can reset my security questions for my Apple ID. I'm lost in a maze of passwords - help!

The link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account - if you don't see the link, then that implies that you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions. e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
I have tried to go into my apple ID and when I clicked on security questions there was nothing under it or on the page that said reset your questions. I tired my exceeded attempts and now I have to wait 8 hours before I can try again!, this is ridiculous the support needs to check that because I never saw it and I looked all over the page,
The link will only appear if you have a rescue email address on your account. If you don't have one on your account then you won't get the link, and you can't add a rescue email address until you can answer your questions, so you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset - see my reply immediately above yours.
yeah the same thing happened to me and it's been going on for months. i have an alternate email address set up and verified but there's no stupid link

As you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a rescue email address, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
same here - no email - so I CANNOT change my password
wait i forgot my security questions and its askind mme to answer the security question that i dont know. one of the reason why i want to change it 😕
