    I can't find the link and don't see why Apple has taken so long to fix it. I learned HTML in school this year and could probably fix it myself if I had the code for the page.

    if you not getting reset option in you a/c, that means you have not got other email a/c to send link to rest those ans. that’s fine, Do this: call apple care and tell them to reset you question, once they do that login to you manage account via and login and make sure tack and screen-shot of you ans. and add one more email a/c as a backup , next time you will have the option of resetting question. (This is the only way you can reset this 100%)

    this is ridiculous!!! i have forgotteen my securty answers aswell and when i request to reset my answers i never recieve an email from them yet i gat an email to say i started using this!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

    Hi Apple. I too am having the same issue of security answers incorrect but the only way to reset questions is to answer same said questions correctly(which there in lies the problem). I am continually being re locked out of account. Obviously this has been an ongoing issue with your service as indicated by the ongoing posts of same issue. Thanks for ignoring customer issues, providing sub standard customer service(all pages funnel me to same help page-which obviously isn't helping) and letting me redeem cards without any problems but then not letting me use the funds in the same log in! Bravo

    I have a new Macbook with os 10.8 ..... bought because you offer no security update for OS10.5.8. Now I want to buy programs that I have been true, but you are too lazy and too greedy money are, so I could continue to use the programs safely. Now I invite my MONEY au APPLE_ID can then load any programs because I your STASI safety questions and may not want to answer. And now? I should work with ftp and can not download "Transmit".


    If you have problems with the confirmation link, so i code it for you, but out of an old and insecure MAC with OS10.5.8.

    I too have this issue of lost security question answers and no email link. Now I can't buy anything from my ipod. But yemaw, I have come to the conclusion that Apple has created this discussion site, so we can solve our own problems and they don't need to pay any (or as many) real people to answer troubled customers' emails. And that is what happened to the forums. They're so hidden, they're nonexistent because there's no one to read them! Or so it seems....


    Also, all the links in this discussion just put me back to some place I went to ON MY WAY HERE. It's just one giant virtual circle! **** Apple.
