I don't know why people that buy used iphones are replying to our comments? if you never spent the money to buy a new iphone then don't comment. I bought a new iphone that within the first week I bought it was not working. So now I had my iphone for over a month and it still not working, they said my iphone was defective and they would send me a BRAND NEW IPHONE and I received a used nasty looking iphone. I want my money back! I buy NEW not USED REFURBISHED or whatever you want to call it. REFURBISHED is not NEW or even close to new. So if you want to buy used go ahead, that's why you are paying less money, because it is USED!!! I asked them and they told me that yes, the refurbished iphones are the ones people had problems with and were returned to apple so that is what you are buying, they said they have fixed the problems and they should work fine. I don't think so, I will not accept a used iphone.

You don't know what I have the money to buy. If you go through life judging people by their material possessions, I feel bad for you. Maybe it's not important to some people to have a brand new phone. Just like how not all people drive brand new vehicles. Who really cares? But do not flatter yourself into thinking someone is jealous of you because you have a brand new phone. I assure you, most people really couldn't care less.

I am going to have to agree that all of the conditions of the replacement are fully disclosed in the warranty, and if you disagree with them probably shouldn't have purchased the product in the first place.

Also the refurbished iphones from apple are not phones that have been returned from previous customer, they are phones that are pull from the production line because of some kind of seen defect and then inspected to make sure they are back up to the standards, so in fact they go through more of an inspection than a new phone

And good luck calling and get phone assistance with your non apple phone.

Some of them are indeed previously owned phones that have been returned and refurbiished to factory specs. However, as you point out, they are inspected evem more than new phones.

some of the parts from previously owned phone may go into the casing of a new phone, i gurantee you are not going to get an earwax covered scratched up phone

The case is one of the parts that would almost always be changed. I've been quite happy with the refurbished iPhones I received, as I've mentioned in my earlier posts in this thread. 🙂

Think of this as a Lambourghini. Let's say you buy it as a slightly used and with no problems. And let's say you buy another Lambourghini brand new. All are the same, except one has say, 30 km more on it. An average person isn't going to be like 'Oh this is a used Lamoughini, you suck.' If he can't tell the difference then he's going to be like 'Oh s*** nice Lambourghini." So who cares if its refurbished? As long as it looks and performs like new, your good to go

Piece of crap.
