New Macbook Pro keeps crashing

I just got this computer yesterday and since then I have had at least nine kernel panics and I cannot apply the latest Mac OS X update from apple. I ran the Verify Disk and Check and Repair Permissions and those all check out fine. The Reported amount of RAM is also correct. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do?

I have my brand new MacBookPro 13" and I've had kernel panic for more than 8 times, yesterday it happened 6 times. I tried all possible instructions from here, unistalled Chrome and everythng else that was not from Apple and it still continues. It doesn't really happen when I'm watching a video only, but when I was checking my doc files at Finder too. I might have to return the computer because finishing a Master thesis this way is not possible. 😢

Perhaps you have a bad hard drive. All of the instructions to remove 3rd party software are primarily to eliminate culprits that could be causing the problem. If it still happens after removing 3rd party kernel extensions, it is likely a hardware problem. Take the machine back and get it fixed while it is under warranty.
