This is the message I get when I try to open a secure site used for work. Software is up to date. It's the 1st time it has happened and I accessed this site prior to having my hard drive replaced. Any ideas?

X423424X thank-you. I downloaded the latest Java software from Apple again despite being assured that it was up to date. After I did this and powered up Firefox, the computer prompted me to deal with a certificate that had expired months earlier but could not be seen in the certificates file. Firefox couldn't open it but the prompt got me to play with the settings again and after I did, Safari opened it. It was a combination of all the things you suggested, just in the proper order. Thank-you for spending time on this with me. It is critical to both my wife and I that we be able to work from home and our employer provides little tech support for people with Macs. I owe you a beer and a handshake. Steve
