That's the "Use Agreement," not the "Terms of Use."

It was previously called the Tems of Use and more recently has been retitled Use Agreement perhaps. It is an old bookmark on my Mac and as you can see in the html hyperlink is still marked tou.html on the Apple website.

The URL for the "User Agreement" ends in "tou." Coincidence? I'm not trying to participate in an argument; the point is, whether it's a User Agreement or Terms of Use, it is a set of rules and guidelines that each user must abide by.

The "tou" in the URL could be nothing more than randomly chosen letters that David has chosen to interpret as "Terms of Use."

how can u say that dude they give the update to the 3gs but not the ipad 1 mean while the ipads hardware and every thing is better apple just decided to be ******* on that if steve jobs were alive then there would be ios 6 for every idevice
