how to change your app store to another country using the same email???

I am moved to Dubai from the UK and closed my bank and credit card accounts there. I am now in Dubai with a UAE credit card. I am trying to access the UK store by following the instructions in this thread, however, I kept getting the message that my payment card is not valid in the UK. Thus, I couldn't change the store location. How can I access the UK store with a UAE credit card?

You cannot use an UAE bank card in the UK store. You will need to go into your account details and change the country with which your account is associated from the UK to the UAE and at the same time present your UAE bank credentials.

Follow ALESITIS instructions with care!!!!!! I did it and it worked. Now I will still be cautious!!!

I have a very similar problem to TurboS. I relocated from the UK to Germany. I now no longer have any bank details to use from the UK, as a method of payment. Therefore, I cannot have access to the UK App Store anymore. I am very upset and annoyed about this. There is one specific app from the UK store that I desperately want to download, I think it's also even free, which makes this all even more annoying!...and now I will be unable to download the app, simply because I have no credit/debit card registered to my UK address. I see my only option now is, to use my fathers address and card details as my payment option!... But what do people do who don't have that option?! I find this aspect of Apples App store, very disappointing, and really not good service at all. I mean, why can't they just implement Paypal as being an option for a method of payment as well as card types?!! That would perhaps then solve the problem for people like me who simply want to have access to a service I feel they should be able to have access to?!... 😠

This lock down without thought is the stupidest idea yet. It prevents apps being upgraded when you are in another country. How ##### is that! Seems Apple only care about usability when it benefits marketing.

Please if you could help. I live in Bali, Indonesia , but my Credit Card is Russian and Russian I store. I DO NOT have any problems buying and downloading Apps but I have another problem - there are apps that don't have in Russian I store and I really need them for my job. Eg. Google Earth . Can you advice please ?

I lived in Asia and is stay in the UK now. Unfortunately I cannot find 'United Kingdom' while scrilling down the country list to change my country/region. Why is that happening or is it just me?

Hi, I moved from the UK to the US and have the same issue. Before I follow the instructions provided in this thread on how to switch stores, one question that hasn't been fully addressed yet:

Are my previous purchases affected by this switch? I often delete apps on my computer to save space so rely on the ability to download previously purchased apps again for free later as needed. I understand this may no longer be possible if the app in question does not exist in the store to which I'm switching, but if the app exists in both stores, am I right that I will still be able to download a previously purchase app again for free after I switch?
