how to change your app store to another country using the same email???

All i did was Settings > iTunes & App Store, clicked on Apple ID, logged out then in again. It automatically switched me to my original store; the country on my credit card.

This is a very annoying issue. I fail to understand why Apple doesn't allow one to buy or download software from wherever one is. The Apple App Store country restriction even seem to apply to free software, such as Norton's Identity Safe. I had no issue to download and install the app on my PC and Android devices frm the same locality!

You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country..

I am trying to change my country too, but I have money on my previous account and it says I cannot change my country information until I use up that money. My problem is I no longer have access to my previous card information that's registered to the account in Australia, I'm now in Ireland, so I can't use up the credit as can't veryify my billing information! 😐

any suggestions??

First hit the Settings app.

Select the entry for 'iTunes & App Store.

The first thing you'll see at the top of the screen is your Apple ID. Tap that. Now a pop-up dialog box appears. Choose 'View Apple ID', and enter your password.

After you've signed in successfully you'll see the account settings screen. Choose the 'Country/Region' option, and simply select the location with which you want your ID to be associated.

why don't you just change your billing stuff?

you can do it by clicking on your account.
