Has anyone else noticed with the MacBook Pro w/ Retina, that it does not wake external monitors connected to through a dvi adapter?

I have used IGFX to target specifically the NVIDIA card and the screen now works perfectly.

For me unplug speaker connector from macbook pro restore screen without even on/off monitor.
