Help! Strange email from apple

Hi! I've just received today an email from Apple that told me that they had send me a new Iphone..

I've asked for support in november 2011 because my home bottom had some several problems.

But the problem is that I've already received a new Iphone 4 in november at the same week that i ask for the support...

So what It mean this email that I received from apple today?!?!?

Also if I click to the link for seeing the current status of my shipping the result is that the product has been delivered!

So?!?! I dont'understand??

Did they send me another Iphone 4??

Thank you very much for the support!! 😉

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

Here's a simple way to check whether the email is genuine. Copy the UPS tracking number and goto http://www.ups.com and paste the tracking number into the tracking field. If it shows tracking information it is genuine and they have indeed shipped a second device (assuming that the shipping dates are different to the dates in November). Don't click the link in the email as if it is fake it will just take you to a page that has been spoofed

Papciak84 there is absolutely no need for the 'bitchiness'. The OP has asked for advice and other users have responded with such advice, ED3K makes a valid point. If you don't agree with what he/she has advised then make your point with information to back it up otherwise don't bother commenting.

OP - if you are still worried about the issue try what I suggested to see if something was shipped a second time. If they have shipped a new device then contact Apple because Papciak84 is right in what they said about the card information being held and if Apple have shipped two devices they may charge for the second device if they discover they have sent two and not received any correspondence from you or the extra device back into their warehouse. Failing that if you're not bothered you don't need to do anything
