Can't send 123-reg.co.uk emails from my ipad

I'm having the same problem. I'm receiving emails ok, but unable to send. i keep receiving a message that my user name and password are incorrect, and smtp. can you help please.

Ps...Ironically I have had to use my email that is not registered to 123 Reg to reply to you....
