I haven't been able to purchase anything from itunes because i don't even remember answering those questions, but when I click the link for an email to reset the questions I never receive one. Can someone please help?

Well, I didn't see a "forgot answers" button. I made this account when I was pretty young (8?) and I probably typed gibberish. I just cashed in a gift card and I can't buy ANYTHING.

Apple what the heck I'm tired of this crap. I bought myself an itunes card and put 25.00 in my account I forgot my security question, yet I bought tons of stuff on the device so many times, then now you ask me for security questions!? Seriously... I swear..Waste of freaking money.

Go to the Apple website for your country and find Contact Apple Support.
Set up an appointment for them to call you back and the Apple person should be able to help you reset your questions.

Click "Password & Security Questions", then this will come up:
Once you click "Forgotten Apple ID secuity question, this page comes up:
Then set up an appointment for Apple to call you back.
Didn't take me long to fix the problem.

I found a solution!
If you go on to your account and download the app/music from your computer itunes, than you can sync your ipod or just download it right to your phone. I still have to answer my security questions if i download from my phone but i can skip that by using the computer. Sorry the best i could do to deal with this problem but i hope it helps.

I had the same problem with them sending an email to the wrong address.they misspelt it. I tried to contact ten but their customer support is the worst ever seen and they pretty much dodge out troubles. I am very outraged
