Appstore download buttons not working

Hi Folks,

Since Saturday 23rd June 2012 the iOS Appstore download buttons don't work anymore. 😮

When trying to download an app, after I press the "free" button, the "install" button moves to the side, is rearranged oddly and won't work. I saw where someone suggested just syncing the iPhone with the computer and downloading from there, but I don't consider that as a solution, but only an ugly "patch" to solve a bug that Apple introduced last weekend when they updated the Appstore.

Anyone more suffering these issues? Which device and iOS version are you using? 😕

For you information, many users suffered this kind of problems 6 months ago and after many compaints from us, they fixed it!,... and now Apple did it again 😐

iPhone 3G, iOS 3.1.3, iTunes 10

AppStore code team seems to be going in circles.

Fix one thing screw up another. Do they forget to

check? Oops I forgot to check about "back" button

before commenting but they did get multiple fixes

this time. Dec 2011 the same thing happened...

Genius restored etc and then the back button in info

disappears before our eyes -just like today. They fix

buy button etc (which is a better trade off-I guess)

but we can't understand why this keeps happening.

Bad quality control?

Looks like it's happening again! I was downloading an app, lost my wifi for a sec, went back to click on button to download again and would you Adam and Eve it....the buttons aren't working again.😠

First gen iPod Touch iOS (latest and last) 3.1.3....STILL in full working order.

I have an iPhone 5 and since last evening about 7pm BST I can no longer reinstall or update apps I already have purchased but I can get new ones!

I've tried resetting my iPhone, logging in and out of my itunes account. re-stating my country the itunes account belongs to. This is very strange.

Reasons I can think of that are causing this are ...

Demand on the App Store and they have given priority to new purchases over updates.
I have a message stating 'This Apple ID is only valid for purchases in the U.K. iTunes Store. You will be switched to that Store. Try your purchase again.' This makes me think that the UK iTunes Store is having problems and we are seeing another iTunes Store (probably USA) for UK customers.
Not enough testing by Apple!

Is anybody else seeing this?
