Flash is not dead. There is a app named puffin browser that supports flash player there is a free version and paid go check it yourself

1) This has to be done what? once a week? You can't use your work PC for that?

2) ADP's site is so cutting edge and they're always using the latest technology It's hard to get even the latest version of IE to work with it.
