How to remove credit card details? "None" option not there.

First add any valid card to your account then "none" option will apear.

SIMPLE TO REMOVE CC INFO FROM IPOD TOUCH 4G

1. CLICK ON APP STORE ICON ON HOME SCREEN

2. SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO BOTTOM

3. CLICK "APPLE ID"

4. CLICK "VIEW ACCOUNT"

5. CLICK "PAYMENT INFORMATION"

6. CLICK "NONE"

THEN CLICK "DONE" IN TOP RIGHT CORNER

my account didnt show none

The 'None' option is ONLY available if there is no unpaid balance on the account. If you not seeing the 'None' payment option, contact iTunes Store Support via the link on their support page for assistance in removing/paying the upaid balance.

I had NONE payment type and then put a gift card visa on to my account that had like $20 on it, it is now down to $5 and everytime i try to update the Lumie photo editing app, it tells me my billing information is invalid. I bought that app like a year ago with an ITUNES CARD. how do i fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

***, Apple? I only entered by CC because I was forced to in order to download a "free" app, and I had instructions for how to remove it afterwards. The instructions turned out to be invalid. So, no I am stuck feeling violated. Please show some common decency to your customers.

I hope Apple does something about this soon.

I removed mine by viewing my account information from the iPhone iTunes app. None is an option there.

It works by using the iTune Store option. Did you try this one? Follow the steps those have already gave on how to use the "none" option as a payment (you will see the different cards like Visa, Discover, etc. and then the "None" is on the same row as the card names). Hope that helps. 🙂

The option remains absent. After several attempts, I managed to sabotage my CC info by updating it with bogus numbers. I guess I will have to be content with that.
