How to remove credit card details? "None" option not there.

I fixed mines by adding a different card to my account in the App Store billing info, clicked done and it went through! From there I was able to click none and it took the card info off. Hope this helps someone ✌️

i don't have any NONE button. i guess iOS 7 really need you payment info.

Try taking it off from the device. I couldn't do it from my computer because I had the same problem, there wasn't a "None" option for payment method. But as soon as I signed in (with my new Apple ID, after changing it) on my device to do it there, it offered me this option. I am using an IPhone but maybe it also applies to your IPad.

I've been trying to get rid of my cc information for so long now. Does this process really work?

I just tried to do this from my Android. No luck - the "none" button seems to be gone.

Hi everybody.. I was trying to remove my cc info through itunes website but it was not showing "none" option there. Then i tried through the "itunes" App on my phone, and it worked. The steps are:

First open itunes app.

Then where it says apple id: , click onto ur id.

It will show some options, from where u choose view account.

Then go to payment information, there it will show payments type and hopefully it shows "none" option there too :). It showed on mine. Which wasn't showing on apple itunes website. I hope it helps u guys :)

aman.buttar, Does this work through an iTunes app on Android as well? I only saw third party iTunes-sync apps in the Play store.

The answer is very simple. There's no 'NONE' option because you owe Apple. You need to pay all the debts first, and then the 'NONE' button will appear. I've try this, and it works. Your Welcome.

Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information?

I just got the solution using iphone 5s. I entered my email (apple ID) and password on iClouds first before entered it on iTunes& AppStore. In iClouds, select your 'Account' (your email address or apple ID will appear), then select 'payment information' in 'storage plan' section. There was 'none' options there, which I couldn't find this via iTunes&AppStore as everybody has discussed/issued here. Hope this might help you guys..Thanks

im so upset. I used a pre-paid credit card (that I got for my birthday) to buy music. Eventually I ran out of money on it (obviously) and now it won't let me download any apps, even free ones. Now I can't remove my credit card from my account and I'm mildly peeved. :/
