Getting this too, no reply from Apple yet. Making a separate account didn't seem to help in my case.

Does anybody konw do you have to register at "CCR" Central Contractor Registration your company to validate the DUNS number??

I think that apple is having some issues with there system. Stanley replay back if you get pass the "Your D&B information was...." now when your duns is visible.

Oh I had that issue with Chrome, not Safari. With Chrome it worked fine as long as I loaded the insecure content (it's just the captcha).

Anyone got any idea how to resolve the issue? It is fustrating to try to resolve this.

Aplitap- how long does it take for them to populate the info for your case after you managed to lookup the duns number?

Thanks ITsyseng, unfortunately it seems that the form is restricted to US companies only (since I'm being forced to pick a US state from the dropdown) so I'm back to square one 😟
