I had a similar problem. All my information was correct, but Apple would not let me finish the registration process.

I ended up calling the developer help number and talking to someone. They told me that after so many failed attempts, the registration process is locked - it will give you a different error other than "Your D&B Info was not accepted". While on the phone were able to unlock the process again. They were also able to tell me exactly what piece of informaiton was causing the issue. For me the information was that I had not specified my company type as the correct value for Apple to accept it. Once I changed this and gave the change time to propagate to Apple's side, it worked.

Also note that when you make a change in the D&B side, Apple says it can take up to 2 weeks for the change to be reflected on their end and allow the registration process.

I'd for sure give them a call and talk to someone. You can get the number from the iOS Dev Portal.

Have had two instances when registering for a DUNS number that they do not respond, when you contact them they say to fill out the form on Apples website, when you do that it goes "oh, is this your company?" and has no address info listed, just company name and state... Not sure how they managed to not process my request yet get my compnay/state into the system on TWO seperate occasions.

Apple, please do away with D&B, they appear to be quite useless at what they do.

Have been waiting on our DUNS number for 2 months now... This is a joke.

I got the same problem.

It seems I have to change the company data on this website:

http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/pages/CCRSearch.jsp

After a ticket at Apple, they responded with the information that there is "sole proprietor" in my data. Nobody in my company ever requested a DUNS number but I just made a lot of changes to the data and submitted them to the support.

I am now waiting for a reply from DnB...

Hello,

I did what apple suggested... My first request to DUNS was verified and they replied that my data is now up-to-date. Now, 14 days later nothing changed and when asking D&B, they say they have nothing to to with this and that apple should have the corrected data.

After mailing apple, they told me to contact D&B as the failure is on their side and that I just should wait.

Now, another 14 days later nothing changed: still not working.

I think apple doesn't even care, reading their emails seems like reading the same text as the mails before.

I would realy like to provide my documents to apple directly, this way the process would be much better.

Hi, dolphin-it

Yesterday, I received email from dsmmssqladmin@dnb.com that "

Your D-U-N-S Number request/update submitted on 11/19/2013with ID Number 102122-60158 has been completed. You may start using your number in 14 days."

I read some answer from this problem which somebody update my D&B information but I don't know that it can solve this problem? (http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/pages/CCRSearch.jsp)

If you can solve this problem, please tell me too. But, I doubt about how will you provide your documents to apple directly?

I ran into this issue while trying to enroll on behalf of a client. I simply called Apple Developer Support (800-633-2152). A human answered the phone and resolved my issue in just a few minutes. I had entered all information correctly. The issue arose because of the organization type (a non-profit corporation). The representative approved the enrollment manually.
