Wifi showing full bars but fails to open page, says not connected

My MacBook pro won't connect to our Internet using our wifi. I haven't had any problems before, I was just using my laptop the other night and I'm on my iPhone right now using our wifi and it's connected and working fine. The wifi is showing full bars and says its connected to our network which I've already set up with the name and password and remember password chain so when I turn on my laptop it always connects but not today it seems and I don't know what's wrong. The network diagnostics say Network Settings, ISP, Internet, and Server: all Failed. I've tried restarting it but that's about it. Any suggestions? Any additional info needed let me know and I will try to get it. (it's my parents Internet and they never seem to know the password or account stuff :/ )
