and what questions will they ask on the phone as i made my account in a hurry and might not know the answer to the questions they are going to ask

Answer from another post has worked for me, here's how:

- Go to https://appleid.apple.com/ .
- In the right column, click the link for "Manage your account".
- Log in.
- In the left column, click the link for "Password and Security".
- Answer the security questions when prompted.
- In the right column, under the heading "Rescue Email Address", you'll find links for editing or deleting your rescue email address.

If you can't remember your answers, and you don't have access to your current rescue email address, then you will need to contact Support in your country to get your questions reset (you can then change your rescue email address for potential future use) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

What if you don't remember the security question answers? I clicked on the reset security questions but it sent the email to a closed account. I tried to change emails but this one was not listed.
