iTunes match error 4010

We are having problems with iTunes Match, it keeps errors with code 4010. We are using the iCloud for ministry and it has caused some problems obtaining our songs. Is there a simple fix or is this an internal iTunes problem that Apple will have to fix?

I know this question has nothing to do with itunes, but, has anyone noticed any probs with contact images in address book? Just wondering if its my iphone or if its icloud related? may have something to do with the probs with itunes match..apples servers.


Problem being, address wont save images to contacts. I pick a photo and then after a few seconds, it deletes it???

I struggled with this for days and found a workaround that was simple and worked for me. I restarted the computer and opened iTunes. When it was just getting started, I stopped the iTunes Match process and the Genius update as well, so that there were no spinning wheels anywhere. Then I selected Store > Update Genius. Once the Genius was done updating, I selected iTunes Match and hit "Start." It worked. No 4010 error. My cloud is now fully updated. 😮
