Just gone through the process to get a redemption code for Mountain Lion. Successfully received the PDF that contained the code, tried to redeem it in the Mac App store and got an error saying:
"This code has already been used. Each code may only be used once."
Oh dear. Are they sending out duplicates? What should I do now?

Yesterday I recieved an email from support stating that I would recieve my 2nd code within 24 hours..
Still no code, not even for OSX Server...😢
I am neither a spokesperson nor am I religious. But, sometimes, **** happens. You all act like this has been going on for weeks and are freaking out, not to metion your all getting mad over something for FREE. keyword here is FREE. It has only been about 24 hours. Again, its called patience.

Count me in. Got an OS X Server as a second redemption code, first one did not work.
I just recieved my OSX Server code 😟, I sent Apple support an email. Currently awaiting a response or the correct code.
Trust me, for some people thats not enough. I have helped people who couldn't even clearly see a LOGIN button that over 200,000 other people had no problem seeing.
Don't worry about it, it's in Dutch, just take my word for it..😀
So the geniuses (sarcasm) at Apple sent me another redeem code for the App store, which was supposed to be for Mountain Lion. I went to enter the code and it turns out the code was for OSX Server (not OS 10.8), which I can't download, because OSX Server requires Mountain Lion (10.8). Thanks a lot Apple 😟. Now I have to go through the whole process again of contacting support and telling them again how they f'd up. Glad to hear some of you have been straightened out. Just my luck I had my case reviewed by a monkey on his first day at work.
Pinkdevil88 as I stated even 100 people out of millions could be human error. You have to try and realize we are talking about millions of people, not hundreds. When about 500 hundred people say they received the wrong code, then I will agree with you.

I don't think we clicked the wrong thing if the PDF is saying that the code was supposed to be for Mountain Lion.
