Just gone through the process to get a redemption code for Mountain Lion. Successfully received the PDF that contained the code, tried to redeem it in the Mac App store and got an error saying:
"This code has already been used. Each code may only be used once."
Oh dear. Are they sending out duplicates? What should I do now?

I just received my code (so happy right now 😀). I also got OS X server with my second code. I think it is a little gift from Apple.
