Guys, i got the second code after replying the itune store/mac app advisor that i am requesting a $20 credit to purchase mountain lion.

I have not received anything back from you. I bought a new mac and have no idea why i should wait for more than 30 hours while others can buy and download the new os. i am requesting a $20 credit to my account and i shall just buy it from app store. this will save you and myself time.

Apparently they are trying to solve the customer that pushes them hard. i have sent at least 10 emails and fill up form and after close to 36 hours i am getting the second code and downloading to all. And good luck for all that are still waiting. I absolutely understand how you feel.
